Jennifer Rasnake

I have over 11 years of experience in garment construction and costume design and am the owner of Rogue Universe out of Kingsport, TN.  My joy is creating custom costumes and bringing creative ideas to life through sewing, embroidery and quality craftsmanship. 

 

While my commission work is fully booked at this time, I  am currently focusing on teaching and sharing my passion for sewing with others.  I've taught students throughout Northeast Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia, helping beginner and experienced sewists alike gain confidence in their skills and freedom in their creativity.    I offer "You and Your Sewing Machine" beginner classes as a group or personal one-on-one at your home or chosen location. 

My goal is to make needle crafts feel approachable, inspiring and gratifying for everyone.
